The hotel is close to the Blok M shopping and culinary center. There is a small suggestion in the bathroom to renovate the bathroom floor because the water flow is not smooth due to the insufficient slope to the drain hole.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly, the hotel was nice, the room was clean, and the kids loved it. There was a cupcake decorating activity at breakfast. It was fun.

The hotel's strategic location offers easy access to everything. Parking is ample, the staff is very responsive, and the lobby has a welcoming and iconic atmosphere, with piano music playing. Overall, the service was excellent and satisfying.
