Comfortable & location close to the city center, there is a swimming pool, children are happy to be able to swim in a clean pool.

Great, I've stayed here twice.

Check in at 3 pm, but the room was not ready with the excuse that there was only 1 staff per floor. Towels were only delivered at 5 pm, after 3 complaints. In the future, there must be improvements, especially during long holidays. I booked 2 executive rooms for 2 nights for April 4-6, 2025.

I always stay at the cottage, the atmosphere is nice for being alone.

nice to stay here. indeed in its old days, this hotel was very good. maybe now it needs rejuvenation. for the staff is friendly, especially the receptionist understands if I bring a baby so I am placed in the front cottage. for the room, it needs rejuvenation, the facilities are ok, the only drawback is the breakfast food, the rest is great.

Room 419 the AC is not cold and there is no bellboy

Comfortable staying overnight at this hotel, there is a swimming pool for children to enjoy, the breakfast menu is varied and the Check IN and OUT process is fast. Can Revisit again if you are visiting Serang city.

The room was old and not very clean, asked for room cleaning but the room was not cleaned, and was not informed from the start that parking for hotel guests was free.

Stayed in a cottage, quite spacious, clean, and cool. The bathroom is also spacious, but the shower is a bit small. The food is delicious and has many variations.

It's nice to stay here. But the TV doesn't have Netflix. Maybe it's not enough for me who likes to watch movies. The food is really good... too bad I forgot to bring a change of clothes. I wanted to swim but couldn't. It's actually nice.

You can play tennis for free if you stay overnight.

It's really worth it for the cheap price, the breakfast is also complete and delicious.
