Recommended clean hotel, has a swimming pool, suitable for families. Will stay here again if I go to Pontianak.

Pros: Spacious and clean rooms. Cons: - Parking is difficult and limited for hotel guests, especially on weekends and holidays. - The swimming pool is very standard and many people smoke by the pool. - Gym facilities are lacking, because many gym equipment are broken.

quite disappointed with the availability of the room. not on time even though it was stated that check in could be at 14.00. we were left waiting for a long time and were not given certainty about what time we would check in. with a hotel like Harris and a strategic location plus a fairly expensive room price, the comfort we received was very unprofessional if this could not be fixed.

My suggestion for the future is that hotels should be equipped with soundproof rooms so that sounds from outside cannot be heard.

The staff is friendly and the wifi is great! Compared to hotels in SKW, the feel and experience I got are very different. Hopefully, Harris Hotel's service will continue to improve!

The bathroom needs more cleaning of black spots.

Overall it's okay, it's just a bit of a hassle to park your car when it's full, you have to park it far back, and then the people there will ask for parking money.
