The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and quite spacious. There is a prayer room on the 3rd floor which is clean. The only downside is the swimming pool which is not very clean, otherwise it is okay, strategically located next to the mall.

Stayed in a Deluxe room with 1 large bed overlooking the front parking lot of Suncity Mall. The room was clean and quite spacious, with a bathtub in the bathroom. The swimming pool is quite spacious and has facilities for both children and adults. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of menu options, and there was an additional half price for breakfast for children aged 6 years. If there was an event in the Suncity Mall courtyard with loudspeakers, the sound could be heard up to the rooms on the 5th floor, but the event had finished around 9:00 PM WIB. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here.

Please check the cleanliness of the bathroom again, it seems like the trash can is no longer suitable, because there are lots of small black caterpillars nesting under the trash can in room 210. The others are very good.

Check in was fast, the room was as cold as expected even though the indoor unit was an old model, I stayed for 2 nights, but when I checked the key in the morning, it turned out the key wasn't automatically extended, so I had to inform the receptionist so they could update the key.

I didn't expect to have a bathroom with a bathtub, which I know for sure is not recommended for hygienic bathing. The walls of the room are not pleasing to the eye... the bidet... The room is very spacious, the AC is very cold, the TV is standard.
