Clean, Neat, Nice and Comfortable

A pretty good hotel, and can be recommended if you are in Magelang and its surroundings.

The price is indeed high but does not match the facilities compared to the same price in other hotels. There is no water heater, only 1 towel even though 1 room for 2 people is asked to add it said that there is already 1 facility, if you add it there must be an additional Rp 5,000 after being complained about, it is free. Limited soap facilities unlike most hotels now, the room is narrow, the AC cannot cool down quickly.

subscribe to stay here and several times given room 504, the location of the room is nice, you can see the city view but the bathroom sink is broken, what's worse is the AC is NOT COLD, ALWAYS COMPLAIN CMN I fiddled with it for a while but there was no change, yesterday the remote was blamed.. the battery was replaced but it was still NOT cold. additional hours until 3 pm are calculated to be paid in full, until 2 pm are charged 50%.. exceeding a 4 star hotel.. the food tastes ordinary, even the employees can only make toast and drinks so if you want to eat you have to wait for the chef.. the reception is sometimes friendly sometimes just silent.. please think about the comfort of the AC.. HOT

Honestly, this is my 3rd experience staying at Citihub Magelang. The 2 times I stayed here, I was satisfied with the room facilities and the service from the staff. But this 3rd time I was quite disappointed. The staff were not very friendly. Slow response too. When I stayed, I was only given 1 towel even though when I booked it was clear that I booked for 2 people. When I wanted to ask for 1 more towel, it turned out there was an additional charge of 5,000 per towel. It is indeed cheap for an additional, but in my opinion, for a towel that is only provided 1 and usually hotels provide 2, it was quite surprising. In addition, the mattress was very uncomfortable and quite noisy. Even though I just sat down, everything made noise. Tried to complain by phone but there was no response.

easy check in process, very helpful, there is a rooftop with a pretty good view, good service, good cleanliness. next time I go to Magelang, I will stay here

The location is quite strategic, the front office, room service and parking attendants are all friendly, the room air conditioner is cold, the hot water in the shower in the afternoon is not hot enough (almost not hot at all) but in the morning it is quite hot/warm. For a night's stay, it's worth it

Water kettle by request. TV channels less than 10 and only local channels, maybe in the future it can be better. Clean room and bathroom. Hotel in strategic location.

I like it here because the beds are clean and the rooms are outside even though they are standard type.

There were cockroaches coming out of the toilet floor drain into the room. The room is small for a deluxe room. The AC & shower work well.

The staff at the reception were friendly but the security guard didn't greet me at all and was constantly playing with his cellphone.
