Pillows must be dried frequently, they smell musty & smell like the sweat of previous visitors. The pillows are also limp and less fluffy. The bathroom must be kept clean because the typical smell of the bathroom is very strong (pesing). Not sure when the last maintenance was carried out, traces of roof leaks are clearly visible on the walls & ceiling. Breakfast menu is okay, service & service is okay, friendly. If possible, hot water facilities can be added considering the location of the accommodation in Singosari Malang.

In the afternoon, when my husband & I were still sleeping, suddenly the staff immediately opened the door to our room without knocking, without permission, without even calling first. When we called them, their reason was that they wanted to clean the room. Everywhere, basic hotel etiquette is that if you want to clean a room, at least knock on the door first or call first, don't just unlock the door and enter. Not to mention that when I first checked in, the condition of the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was still sanitary napkin waste in the bathroom & remnants of hair scattered around, making me disgusted to shower. Not a recommendation to stay here, it's better to choose another hotel.

Not bad for that rate. Heavy water. The room is just enough. Only I missed the gray blanket but there was no response from the hotel staff.
