The price was comparable to a hotel, but the room was just like a guesthouse, with poor lighting and a floor covering unlike a typical hotel room. The bathroom was in disrepair, with the door rusting, the lock only using a deadbolt, the toilet covered in rust, and the towel rack tilted. The mattress wasn't clean, not white like standard hotel sheets, the curtains were dirty, and the signal was so poor that you had to open the door and window for meetings. The location inside the shophouses also made it inconvenient to have to pay for parking and take Grab during check-in and check-out.

Maybe the Front Office could train them first so they don't just choose any room for guests. Because putting a baby to sleep is not easy. When they are asleep, they are often startled by the sound of the train and immediately cry. The cleanliness of the room is also very bad. The sheets have lots of stains, the towels smell musty as if they haven't been washed. For the price of 350 thousand, we think it's not worth staying here.
