ok, an old hotel that has been renovated!

The first time I entered the room there was a big dead fly on the floor, at night there were still big flies flying around. Please maintain cleanliness, because flies are very annoying.

The room is nice and big and has enough lighting (Deluxe)

The 6th floor is closed to the general public. You can only go up to the 5th floor. Overall, everything is okay. There are just too many outside guests walking around the 6th floor.

The hotel was really nice but I was placed on the 5th floor near the emergency stairs so I was a bit scared.

Certainly comfortable and recommended ... this is the 7th time I visited GGi thanks.

Toilet dirty mosquitos and smelly

Hot water is dead from check in to check out, just stay in a 1-star hotel, this hotel has not been taken care of anymore.

The room was smelly, the bed linen was dirty. Maybe people used not replaced. There are spots, lots of people's hair.

Very unsatisfactory, because the interior is not treated. When entering the room the smell of damp and the swimming pool does not function mossy.

The room is dirty and less fragrant.

The hotel is comfortable its okay, the wifi is not connecting, improve again, the service should not be too ignorant.

The room smells musty, the towels are worn out, the fridge is absent, the bed sheets are untidy and dirty. Hot water does not work on the first day.

The air conditioner doesn't feel hot. sweat happens. Then the bathroom is above a lot of lawa like a cobweb.

The room is nice, and quite clean, but the blower or fan in the bathroom is very noisy. Muntan not all rooms like that but at that time I stayed in room 522 or 521 noisy blowers.

The hotel is comfortable as usual airy room, there is a bathtub, breakfast restaurant is good and there is a menu of spinach for my baby. It's just that there are still mosquitoes in the room. If I go to Batam again I plan to order here again.

The service from the receptionist is not good and ignorant.

Dirty, unclean bathroom.

Receptionist helpful , gd manner & check in very fast . Room with balcony is good👍 but outside window very dirty need to hygine or put some a pot of tree better . Inside room was big space , matress soft enough , room clean and I have a great night resting. Price reasonable but interior design look old , not stylist 🤨 need to improve the colour , lighting and pls made the room more life 🤔dont want to wasted yr new hotel like the old hotel . Breakfast tasty but abit oily , I like the noodle and yr crispy salted fish 🤭 . Appetizer bubur hitam / with santan coconut milk sorry to say " it's not nice " really . not thick enough , so watery , 😌 . All the rest was great . I am Enjoying stay , relax for my resting in 2days 💕💕 I will come back someday 🤗
