Stayed 4 nights here was wonderful. With family, 3 rooms.

The comfort in the room is very good, I can rest comfortably. For breakfast, please add more variety.

The staff service is good, but there is also something unpleasant about the staff. The tone of voice is a bit rude. But it's okay, hopefully it won't happen to others. The price is reasonable, clean, comfortable. Only the breakfast tastes bland 😭 I'm really sorry for this, honestly, hopefully it can be improved in the future.

The breakfast menu seems a bit lacking in my opinion.

The staff is very friendly, but the breakfast when I stayed the fried rice tasted stale (maybe it was a coincidence that day). The soundproofing is lacking so that the room feels monitored because of the sound of other customers/staff passing by the room. Hopefully it can be fixed 🙏 Hopefully it can be fixed in the future. Overall I like it for a hotel class ⭐ and the price is very worth it.

standard food. not varied. the taste is also standard. the menu is only rice, noodles, chicken, vegetables and fried foods. 5 days the same. not safe here. my suitcase was opened by someone. luckily I never put valuables in the suitcase. so nothing was lost. for those who plan to stay more than 1 day. better find another hotel that is more comfortable.

In terms of price, it is a bit expensive and the bathroom is small, the pillow cases are dirty and unkempt, the bathroom and AC are leaking so you can slip in the bathroom, the food is okay but lacks variety and in terms of cleanliness it is far from what is expected.

The hotel is strategic, the rooms are also quite comfortable, there are many places to eat and public places that are easy to reach. It's just that after coming here many times, the breakfast problem is still chaotic. The restaurant presentation is chaotic, the visitors' leftovers are not immediately cleaned up. The food presentation is also messy. The staff are not immediately alert to clean and complete the shortcomings in the restaurant. If you are not ready for breakfast, don't require the accommodation to include breakfast in the application, because it only makes the score bad. That's a suggestion, hopefully it will be considered.
