Clean, cool, comfortable room. Good service.

the bed cover makes me itch, the dirty towels are still hanging in the bathroom and the new towels take a long time to be given.

Slow Wi-Fi, had to go out first before Wi-Fi could be available. Also, the room was not as ordered.

Didn't have time to take a photo but I recommend the room I booked.

I have often stayed here via apps. Only this x order was a bit disappointing at a price of 247 thousand. Because I got a cramped room. The bathroom is also small. Not as usual. The television only has 1 channel and cannot be changed. The remote doesn't work. I have asked the hotel for help. They said they would see it but they didn't come. Hopefully the room service will be better according to the price

- The superior room is small, about (3x4). The door is not very soundproof. - The lift to the upper floor smells of cigarettes. - Access and the environment are quite good.

Not recommended at all, the room is full of cockroaches, cramped, the receptionist is not friendly.

I was very disappointed with my experience staying at the Redlink Hotel. The cleanliness of the room was very poor, it was clear that they did not maintain cleanliness properly. The worst thing was that there were bed bugs in the room. During our stay, our bodies itched due to bed bug bites. This was a very unpleasant experience and made us uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. Redlink Hotels need to improve their hygiene standards significantly. But the staff service is very friendly and the area is easy to find food.

Please improve the facilities again, to maintain guest comfort.

The room was very narrow, really forced to make it into a room, stayed for 2 days, when the day changed, I ordered the reception to clean the room, deliberately went out for a long time until noon, but it wasn't cleaned at all.

The receptionist did not explain in a friendly and clear manner if there was a change in room type and so on.
