room is good, amenities good, breakfast buffet is okay, might be better with more varieties

Check-in takes too long, not friendly for elderly people because of the stairs. If you want to check out, it's better to do it in the morning or afternoon (so you don't get stuck in the one-way lane).

all staff are friendly, food is delicious just a bit noisy, shame the hotel is on the side of the road first experience staying at this hotel, the lights went out at night, luckily the staff was quick, so it didn't take long. just a suggestion, please replace the lights that are dead and service the AC, coincidentally yesterday I ordered a luxury type on the 3rd floor, the balcony lights were dead and the AC was noisy.

The shower hook is cracked, the shower fell several times while taking a shower, and the room is not soundproof. So in the middle of the night you can still hear the voices of the guests next to the room.
