Best hotel in Central Jakarta for the price

The bathtub drain is slow, overall ok and the room is spacious, fast service. There was 1 dead cockroach, the rest were gone.

Recommended for families. Reasonable price, clean, spacious room.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room lighting is a bit dim. So far so good, the food is also quite a lot of choices.

Old hotel, the corridor and lobby show signs of age. However, the bathroom is renovated and quite good. The room has some unique smell, but it's not that big of a problem. For the price point, it is quite decent actually.

This hotel is really strategically located, close to everywhere even to public transportation. The staff is friendly, the service is also quite good when there is a complaint, the wifi is also quite fast here. Only for the cleanliness of the room is still quite lacking, and the AC is often not cold enough.

The hotel's location is strategic, right in front of the TJ Matraman bus stop, there are many places to eat, etc. around it, so it's easy to go anywhere. The staff is friendly, the wifi is fast, the room is also quite spacious.

The hotel, although it looks "creepy" on the outside, is also nice on the inside, especially the management is Horison who has experience. With a price of 300-400 thousand, it is worth it, keep the price. I recommend it for families who want to spend the night here

As I had a reservation, still the front office desk officer still made me wait for a while after the check in procedure in front of the desk. It was busy but no excuse. They let me waiting with no explanation. The answer, on still how long it would take, was, as soon as possible. I was tired and needed a rest which made me more upset. The room and bathroom was more then good enough. The surrounding is good although there are road maintenance

I usually stay here when there's an event. It's just that after Maghrib yesterday the cafe wasn't open anymore to drink the trendy coffee.

The lobby is beautiful and relaxfull. But my expectation was ruined when I enter the room. The AC is hot and it took almost 3-4 hours to be cool (still not cool actually). Even the technician came to help, its still hot. It actually unacceptable when air conditioning is not functioning well when you stay at hotel. Luckily breakfast save this hotel from lower rating, breakfast very delicious. I also love all the staffs, very friendly to me and help me to keep the bags in the hotel while we go shopping at T. Abang after check out. 5 star to staff and breakfast. 1 star to room with broken AC.

Overall, it was an okay experience. The room was basic, but it was fine for the price I paid. However, I did notice that the cleanliness of the hotel could be better. On the plus side, I was very impressed with the housekeeping staff. They were very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. They were also very friendly and polite.

The staff is friendly, but the toilet shower tends to leak, and the room is not soundproof, and suddenly from 12 midnight until noon the TV has no signal.
