Good and nice place to holiday with family.

comfortable atmosphere, friendly service, lots of events on weekends, there are bonfires and games for resort visitors with attractive prizes so you don't get bored

the view is very nice, the room is clean and comfortable.. but the food is a bit bland. overall quite satisfying. awesome 👍🏻

very suitable for those who want to keep children away from gadgets, the rooms are standard, there are many physical activities, mini zoo, playground, swimming, horses, etc. the air is fresh. the staff are friendly. the food in the restaurant is priced safely, not like the prices of other hotels

a pending vacation. we had to cancel the last Dec trip cause I suddenly got ill. now, we're here. overall satisfied. we booked apache room. still comfy for 2 adults & 3 kids below 15 yo. there are a lot of facilities especially for kids. they also provided afternoon games for kids. my kids were having fun & happy. the only thing that can be improved is the taste of the food & the restaurant services. we had to wait quite long time for the food to come. maybe also cause it was holiday season & the place was packed.

Overall satisfied, only the room I stayed in smelled a bit musty, and it seems there has been no room renovation since the last time I was here in 2012, the TV is still old school. But the kids love swimming here, and the mountain atmosphere is beyond medicine.

A fun holiday and will be a moment of togetherness at the hotel where I am staying.

Cool and not disappointing, especially if you bring your family, it's a child-friendly place.

I stayed 2 nights, overall it was good. Especially the view is nice. It's just that there were uninvited guests on the ceiling of the room. And also the neighbors in the front room were singing karaoke all day long.

Very complete facilities, super friendly staff. Only the limited shuttle sometimes makes it difficult, also the bathroom water is quite small. Also the price of food is quite expensive. But overall very satisfied ....

The best thing is the friendliness and agility of all staff in serving guests. The response is very responsive. Goodjob highland park resort bogor's crew! The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The room is quite comfortable even though the bedding set is starting to wear out and there were insects in the room even though we opened and closed the door just to go in and out, but its ok. What needs to be highlighted is the electrical socket which is a bit difficult to access. It is only behind the bedside table lamp, and it is not attached to the wall, so when I want to plug in the cable, I have to hold the plug prong. A bit afraid of getting electrocuted.

highly recommended for vacation, the room is comfortable, clean and cool, the bathroom is clean, the environment is clean and beautiful. Fast service and friendly staff. Suggestion: complete with a hairdryer to make it more complete
