The room is OK. The location is in the center of the city. We had a nice stay.

Breakfast is not varied, only 2 choices

The bathroom was very dirty, and there were signs of wood being eaten by termites that had not been cleaned, the walls were full of drink stains.

The staff is not very friendly, and the condition of the room seems to be less than clean. The bathroom smells of urine and doesn't go away, the bathroom mirror is also not cleaned properly, and the bed sheets are damaged to the point of being sewn. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.

The staff is okay, the first check in service is good, when you want to go to your room, the hotel is a bit scary, the hotel is very, very quiet, even some of the rooms seem to have changed functions, the elevator is dirty, all areas almost look like they are not maintained, enter the room, ok, the room size is sufficient big, entered the bathroom, the floor and walls were quite slippery, the bathroom trash bin was very crusty, there were no towels (no problem), at night we went out quite a long time to look for food, when we came back to the room there were already 2 towels on the sofa, what? Why did you enter the room after there were no occupants, why didn't you deliver towels while we were in the room? Continue to the review of the swimming pool, at the bottom of the pool there is a lot of sand and leaves, the color of the water is not clear, then for breakfast, there is no variety, only yellow rice with chicken, vermicelli and tempeh, plain bread, tea, oh yeah During my stay in Bali I changed hotels 4 times, and this was the first time I got the rule for children under 6 years old because of the charge, if the menu is varied its ok we will definitely pay, but what's wrong with the additional fees and the menus available. Please improve the quality.

The room I stayed in (suite) showed signs that this hotel was a luxury hotel in its time. The remains of the luxury are still visible even though it looks like it is outdated, but my room was clean, cold AC, cable TV, soft mattress, more pillows (there were 4 pillows), the bathroom was spacious and warm, basically it was nice to stay in that room. The drawback may be due to maintenance or, more precisely, the hotel has not been renovated so that the impression of being rundown will appear the first time you enter. But when you enter the room, wow, the room is very clean and pleasant. No wonder this hotel is always full. Maybe if I go to Bali again I will repeat my stay here.

The atmosphere and service are less than satisfactory. The food is not delicious and the service is too stingy, not fun.

Actually the hotel is good, it's just lacking maintenance. Strategic location, the receptionist is quite friendly. But unfortunately it's not very clean. Hopefully in the future it will be better.
