This was my first time staying at Vila Air Natural Resort. It was a comfortable first experience, especially the ambiance. Those looking for a quiet atmosphere will find it. Thank you to Aura and Rizwan for their hospitality.

The location is quite easy to reach by any type of vehicle. The staff is friendly and very helpful. From the villa lobby, we were escorted to the villa, which is 300 meters away. Cleanliness is maintained, and the atmosphere is very comfortable, with the cool mountain air. However, the neighbors next door are noisy, which caused a bit of a problem, as they were still making noise until 2 a.m. when others wanted to rest. Overall, it was comfortable.

Thank you to Ms. Alfitri and Ms. Wina as GRO at Vila Air Natural Resort who have helped with the check-in process. The other staff are also helpful and friendly. The villa atmosphere is very beautiful and comfortable, suitable for healing with family. Hopefully someday I can come back to stay here again.

The villa is nice and clean. I stayed in the pine type villa, which can accommodate 8 people/4 bedrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. One of my children forgot his jacket. Please contact the GRO (Guest Relations Officer), Nida and Wina. Thankfully, they will help you and send it via courier.

The villa has a very cool, Lembang-style atmosphere with a unique Japanese design, perfect for family gatherings. The staff are friendly, especially Nida and Alfitri, who were very helpful throughout your stay. The only downsides are that the pool is cold and the water heater isn't hot enough. Overall, it's a very comfortable place for quality time with the family.

This is highly recommended, guys. You can try it for a vacation with your beloved family.

Staying here was very comfortable and the atmosphere was also cozy. The kids were happy because there were fish, and the service was also good. The room was clean, and mineral water, tea, and coffee were provided. I can recommend it if you want to stay in the Lembang area again, as it's also close to Lembang Park Zoo.

Our GRO is aura. The service is fast and friendly. Highly recommended for those who want to gather with family. The villa is clean, fragrant and everyone is happy. Ordering BBQ is also worth it, especially if you get a voucher. There is a swimming pool even though the water is very cold, the kids can swim for less than 10 minutes hehe maybe it would be more fun if there was a warm water pool. So far it's really good for the first experience staying here. Hopefully we can come back on the next trip aamiin

The place is beautiful.. cool.. beautiful.. there is a children's pool you can swim as much as you like. there are breakfast vouchers that can be delivered to your room. the staff are friendly there is no basketball court as stated in the facilities. over all its ok..

the place is inside a villa complex in Lembang, cool air and beautiful environment. Security and room service are available. We ordered shabu-sabu set and can be redeemed with the meal voucher that was previously given at the beginning of check in worth Rp 200,000. Not bad. Thank you.

The villa staff is fast, I like the service. No hassle, I should have left a deposit. But because I didn't have cash, I was offered another option. Thank you, Kak Alfitri and Kak Wina. Even though it was already late at night, and it was raining, they still helped us to put our luggage inside. After checking in, we went straight into the villa, everything was made sure to be comfortable, such as the bathroom light that was off, it was immediately replaced. The Shabu order also didn't take long to be delivered to the villa. Best 😊
