The villa staff is fast, I like the service. No hassle, I should have left a deposit. But because I didn't have cash, I was offered another option. Thank you, Kak Alfitri and Kak Wina. Even though it was already late at night, and it was raining, they still helped us to put our luggage inside. After checking in, we went straight into the villa, everything was made sure to be comfortable, such as the bathroom light that was off, it was immediately replaced. The Shabu order also didn't take long to be delivered to the villa. Best 😊

the atmosphere is suitable for family gatherings and the environment is cool 😄. for the staff, fast response and for Ka Alfitri and Wina, they are friendly and very helpful.

the environment in the complex is very comfortable and quiet. the air is clean, cool and cold. only the room door is a bit gapy so the cold wind keeps coming in at night. the bathroom water heater works well. the size of the villa is just right for staying with family or friends. the staff at the front Aura and Nida as GRO are very friendly and welcoming.

The access road to the villa is full of holes. And there is no car parking in the lobby when checking in and out. And for the check-in time, it should follow other hotels that can check in at 2. This time, check-in must be at 3 even though the check-out time is still at 12 noon! And for the facilities, please make improvements such as the bolts on the stairs are missing, causing the stairs to vibrate and sound like they are about to collapse when stepped on! And for the toilet, the flush part is already damaged and the floor in the 2nd bathroom which is near the back where there is a pool, the floor is fragile if stepped on, it can be very dangerous for those staying there! Especially for small children and the elderly! Hopefully my review will be seen and improvements will be made by the management of the water villa in several points that I have conveyed, thank you

The villa is really nice, spacious, very comfortable, GRO ka Wina and Alfitri's service is 5 star.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the stay at the villa was comfortable with the help of Alfitri and Asep.

Nice vila with great and cozy design. Weather is crazy at night, so darn cold. 🥶. Also thanks to mbak Nida and Wina for the great assistance during my stay. Definitely will come back

The security guard in the lobby is bitchy and rude, like a thug. The suggestion that if you can, people who are so rich don't need to be hired anymore makes guests uncomfortable.

The staff service is very very satisfying, but the hot water for bathing is very little, while if you use regular water it feels like bathing with ice water. And unfortunately there are no kitchen facilities like villas in general, only for sleeping.

Cool and classic Japanese style villa

Very good service, safe and comfortable atmosphere. Gro Wina and Asep also served us friendly. The best anyway. Oh yeah, 1 suggestion for eating utensils (there are only cups for coffee and tea) please provide plates/bowls and spoons hehe.

Overall lokasi strategis, ramah lingkungan, pet, anak. Utk menu bbq, kurang banget yah krn dagingnya byk lemak. Kebersihan villa OK, cmn sendal tidak ada, suara TV tdk terdengar, wifi oke.
