This is the 6th staycation at Ascent, starting from when it was still called Balava. So far it has always been impressive. But since the lobby was moved downstairs, the FO service has been very inadequate, not agile, check in can only be done at 15.30 (we waited for more than 1 hour), FO communication is very lacking, leaving Go Food food in the lobby, but FO and security did not accept it, impressed in the balls. Hopefully it can be a review for Ascent to improve, the building is getting better after the renovation should be balanced with the staff service which is also getting better.
