Everything is good except the food. It's so bad it's like the chef can't cook.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, nice view and direct to Jatim Park 2.

The most memorable thing about Pohon Inn is the atmosphere of Jatim Park in the morning and evening, there are animal sounds and the cool air, the view is straight out of the mountains, it is very pleasing to the eye, hopefully I can stay here again, the service and cleanliness of the room are also 5 stars. The restaurant also has rotating tables, it must be fun for children. I booked 2 days here and it was comfortable, I really felt at home here. To Jatim Park 2, just go down to the 1st floor and you will arrive

Clean, comfortable and pleasant.

If you get a price of 500-600 it's worth it. If you want to experience a restaurant with a turntable, you can take the lunch option. You don't have to stay overnight. Unless you want to take the Jatimpark plus Eco Green Park package option but you have to check in before 3 so you can buy a ticket that is valid for 2 days. The AC happened to be not cold. The temperature setting was still like a breeze.. Oh yeah, it's really unfortunate that flies came into the restaurant.. Maybe because there is a zoo so flies can enter the restaurant.. But this has to be improved..

Overall it was good stay. We were stay from 12th - 14th April. But few things need to put on management attention to make every stay more enjoyable; - No towel hook in the bathroom - The size of bath towel too small - No hair dryer - No "grendel"/ door guard at the door. If you bring kids, a bit worry for the safety (as I bring kids during my stay) My room boy so helpfull. Thank you.

Overall everything is ok, but I think the price of the hotel is a bit high for a hotel of its class.

I really like staying in the tree. The staff is friendly, very helpful. If I leave something behind, they are also very quick to respond. I have been to Jatim Park 2 twice... and I want to go again, hehehhe

some people complain in traveloka reviews, but they forget that Pohon Inn is only a 2-star hotel. for me, 2 stars is already good with such a beautiful view. please give other tourist benefits if you stay at the hotel. 😁😁🤩😍

Yesterday I bought a Jatim Park ticket from the hotel, the ticket can be used to enter Jatim Park for 2 days.

Very satisfying and I will recommend it to all my family and friends, on social media in WA groups and others, thank you sis.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon check in.

Location is very strategic, only 1 minute walking to Jatim Park 2 entrance. The hotel also gives you bonus additional 1 day entrance to Jatim Park 2/ticket you purchase. Breakfast experience was superb, as we eat in a rotating restaurant surrounded with a glass cage with animals inside it.
