A good hotel for staycation, the room is clean, comfortable, the staff is also very helpful if there are any problems Only one less input from me, in this hotel there is no elevator and yesterday I got the top room (3rd floor) so I had to lift my own things using the stairs. In my opinion, for a 3-star hotel, these facilities should be provided, especially if the guest is elderly, it would be very disturbing if they were told to lift their own things to the room.

the view from the second floor is very beautiful because from the balcony you can see the mountains, the lower area is also directly facing the swimming pool the location is strategic, close to the city center and the town square so it's not far from anywhere the staff is friendly and the service is good see u next trip seulawah grand view❤

It is a bit old school, hopefully it can be improved especially the bathroom and room access, but it is quite comfortable. The view is really nice.

The staff are friendly, but the rooms are not clean. When you arrive, the floor is a bit dirty. The swimming pool for children also has dirt in it.

first time sih, overall ya lumayan, cuma nginepnya pas weekday jadi sepi kelihatan ngeri wkwk, kalo rame pasti asik

Yesterday I tried" stayed here, the room is quite clean, the hot water in the bathroom also works well, the breakfast is good, the atmosphere is nice and comfortable, especially on the 3rd floor you can see the beautiful stone view, the pool area is also comfortable" just relax".

The hotel is nice and we got souvenirs too.

Pertama kalai datang udah ada kecoa di kamar mandi, mgkinkarna lama kamar itu gak pernah ada tamu, lembab banget, sekelashotel bintang 3 dengan bugdet di atas 400 menurutku gak worthit sih. Manah kaca kamar mandi burem. Pemanas air kamar mandi juga gak berfungsi. Mana kesitu bawa toodler. Alhasil check in jam 20.30 pulang 02.30 dini hari. Karena masuk kamar auranya juga udah agak ngerasa aneh. Anakku nangis muluk semenjak datang sampe tidur tiap 15menit kebangun dan nangis. Padahal biasanya aman-aman aja dibawa staycation. Sorry to say km tak seindah dulu. Karena datang pertama kali kesini hotelnya megah mewah bagus terang. Kemaren dateng kesana udah beda vibes. Nya. Syedih.

Toilet berbau tidak enak dari saluran pembuangan, pintu toilet tidak bisa terkunci, penyajian breakfast kurang terorganisir dengan baik, karena piring kotor dari tamu tidak segera di clear up dari meja untuk tamu yang baru datang, memang secara view bagus, tp untuk hal² yang saya sebutkan di atas harusnya tidak terjadi, secara pd saat saya book harga per kamarnya juga tidak murah² amat, semoga review saya ini bisa menjadi perbaikan bagi seulawah grand view agar dikelola lebih profesional, terutama di masa² liburan yang tamunya juga banyak.
