I could not extend my room because it had been reserved, even though my check out time had not yet expired, so I had to go out and look for another hotel.

The room has no windows and the bathroom door is too close to the bed.

The AC in the hot room can be repaired so it is cold again.

Parking is not comfortable. Towels are worn out.

Vehicle parking arrangement is not good. Hamduk is not hygienic / already dull. Coffee is no longer available

The bathroom door won't close. The AC isn't cold.

My experience staying here was quite pleasant, it's just that on the 7th floor you can hear the sound of zinc being blown by the wind so it's a bit uncomfortable... otherwise it's ok.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the hotel staff is also very friendly🥰

In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Medan city.

The staff is very fast response, there is a problem in the room, less than 5 minutes the staff has arrived in front of the room. The staff is also friendly and helpful

Ok, staying here, input for the bathroom, maybe make a good water barrier so that the water doesn't come out.

Small stuffy room, price is not right,. Toilet lid is broken, electrical sockets are loose,. Bathroom smells, breakfast only one menu. Regret staying here.🥴
