Dirty room, dirty/smelly towels, smelly bathroom toilet. Terrible,. Not recommended.

The price is very affordable and it is close to everywhere in the city center.

The service is very good and the rooms are quite spacious.

for the umpteenth time staying at Prince Hotel, but this time the conditions were a bit less comfortable than before because the TV and internet could not be accessed due to poor connection/network, the weather factor in Manado which was raining heavily all day long... while the other hotel services & facilities were not a problem, especially with the affordable price.

Wow, the staff are very friendly, the room is comfortable, I came to Manado and just slept, even though I wanted to go for a walk and access to the shopping center is very close, just walking distance, hehe
