Everything was fine. The only problem was that hair dryers weren't available in each room; you had to borrow them from the front desk. Luckily, when you needed them, they were out of stock and couldn't be borrowed. Also, please increase the variety of breakfast menus.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable, and the food is very delicious.

The hotel is centrally located between the beautiful west and east beaches, and the building extends to the east coast, allowing direct access to the east coast. The walk to the west coast isn't too far either. On December 24th, I checked into room 205 with a sea view. The room was quite good, with a clean bed and bathroom. The TV worked, there was a mini fridge, and coffee, tea, drinking water, slippers, and towels were provided. The view was great, directly overlooking the beach. Some room amenities could be improved, including the main door, which was starting to crack, making it difficult to open and close. The plywood above the AC unit had developed black mold, which should be repaired immediately. The door to the balcony was slightly tilted, making it difficult to lock. The door didn't fit tightly against the frame, and there was a large gap, leading to mosquitoes and air conditioning leaks. These improvements are recommended. Hotel facilities include a children's and adult pool in the center of the hotel, which were quite good and clean. The check-in process was very smooth; just fill out a Google form and wait for your room to be checked in. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I happened to be riding a motorcycle, and the parking area was neatly arranged and always guarded, so it was safe. 😁👍

Almost every time I go to Pangandaran I stay here, the atmosphere is nice, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious.

The place is clean, comfortable, and great. For families, you have to stay here.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to both the west and east coasts, as it's centrally located. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite neat and comfortable. The breakfast is quite varied, and the pastries are very delicious, even though you have to wait a few times for refills. Unfortunately, the extra breakfast for children over 11 years old is quite expensive (150K), whereas other hotels usually only charge 50-75K, some even free. The swimming pool has a strong chlorine smell, hopefully next time it can be reduced. Overall, a stay here is quite recommended, also suitable for those with large families.

It's very comfortable, but one of the room lights is flickering, which makes it scary hehehe, but it's still comfortable to sleep, hairdryer and prayer equipment are available for rent so you don't have to go to the prayer room, the food is really delicious😍😍

The hotel staff were all friendly upon check in. And the hotel facilities are very complete. There is also a swimming pool 🥰And a restaurant on the 5th floor. The PKK is great!!!!

recommended close to the west and east coast

The room cleanliness is bad, the bed still has a lot of sand as if it hasn't been changed so we sleep on the blanket, there are a lot of ants in the room, the bathroom smells like a septic tank, moldy. Want to complain we are tired and want to sleep quickly. The intention to extend finally we checked out & changed hotels. Improve cleanliness.
