Very comfortable hotel and close to various beaches. Strategic location. Friendly service.

For the bellboys, please be more aware of the guests, don't just stand there without helping to carry the guests' bags or suitcases. The bathroom water is stagnant and when you enter the room it smells a bit bad.. otherwise it's okay

staying here is pleasant but the bellboy staff is not very responsive, guests are only escorted to the elevator and do not help to carry guests' bags or suitcases.. please provide training first. the rest is okay..

Because it was full, we got a twin bed. Even though the note asked for a double bed. Even though we combined it, it was not comfortable to sleep. Wifi is limited to only a few devices in the room. My husband wanted to work using a laptop, so he had to disconnect the others first.

Overall the hotel is okay but the menu in the restaurant needs to be more varied

No elevator. So you have to pay for a room upgrade. Prices are expensive for hotel standards like this. Over price falls.

There is no elevator for superiors on floors 3 and 4. If you want the 1st floor, you have to upgrade your room (pay extra). It is not recommended for the elderly or children to climb the stairs to the 3rd and 4th floors. Meals are not a buffet, the reason is that there are few guests. The price is expensive for a hotel standard like this.

The room is clean, quite spacious, my family and I take 2 rooms, the rate is 500 thousand, there is a swimming pool, a gym is available but electricity is not provided for the gym equipment (it looks like a display), the water flow turns off for quite a long time in the morning, for the others it's already Good. thank you

This boutique resort was actually very nice, especially it belongs to one of Indonesian 's Master Chef finalist. However after 2 years C-19 pandemi, I could tell it 's lack of staffing, hence place 's cleanliness can be improved and building needs to be repainted. Impressed with all ceramics outdoor furnitures! Never see such a splendor. Feels like in a palace somewhere in China. Definitely not good for small children playing and kicking around!

This hotel is good. Someone had gone to the trouble to try to make everything right. This was only let down by a broken soap container which had leaked onto the shower floor so there was no soap. The room had a menu for the restaurant. We looked at this and made our way down to the restaurant only to find it closed which was disappointing. Also the menu had changed. Perhaps attention could be given to not providing a menu in the room if the restaurant is not open and that the menu accurately reflects what is available.
