This is the first time I'm disappointed. I usually stay here and I'm always satisfied. It seems like this hotel is also being downsized. There's no hair dryer, the remote and AC batteries have to be replaced, the bathroom smells, the room smells, there's only one trash can, and the closet is really bad. I stayed in room 208. I'm usually satisfied with the other rooms.

Very very bad experience here:
1. There are COCKROACHES in the bathroom even though the water channel is closed
2. The sheets and pillowcases smell musty (already asked for a change and finally got it on the second day)
3. The bathroom door is rotten and can't be closed
4. The room phone doesn't work, even to call the receptionist
5. Standard food and not many variations
Overall, very overpriced for a hotel price around 700 thousand/night in Aceh. Not worth it.

There is shark meat, haha, there is a park right in front of the hotel, the grand mosque is less than 1 km away (if you walk), close to SMAN 1 and SMPN 1 Banda Aceh, overall it is clean, comfortable, worth it for the price, the housekeeping helped me when I accidentally broke a bottle, the receptionist was also friendly
