If I'm not mistaken, 5 star hotels have complete shampoo and toiletries. Except for liquid soap. We were only given bar soap. I don't understand the philosophy yet.

Overall very good. A little note to pay attention to the cleanliness of the room because the floor is full of carpet (to avoid animals in the room environment).

This hotel is strategically located in the city center, in front of it there is a culinary center, the staff are friendly especially the front desk, the food is delicious and it is also close to government offices which makes it easy to deal with related Dunas.

We stayed for a business trip, what we needed was guest billing per room with the names of the guests staying but the hotel could not provide it with the reason of booking via the app. So confused when needing convenience instead getting difficulties
