the hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly, next time I go to PKU I will come here again... and the price for breakfast is really cheap

All ok. Except the bathroom has many damages. That needs to be fixed immediately.

Spacious parking. Clean rooms. There is a daily cleaning room quota. But the hot water in the shower doesn't work, there is only cold water

The room was ugly, full of dust, not the same as the photo, and the receptionist was a complete liar. Even asking for a room change couldn't be done with the excuse that the other rooms were full. Even though I saw on the traveloka application that there were still many rooms and I could make a purchase with the same room. Because he wanted to extort customers, he told me to take a more expensive room. What a con artist!
