From the manager to the staff, and security, everyone was extremely friendly. If we encountered any issues, the staff and manager responded promptly. The rooms were clean, the pool spotless, and the breakfast was especially delicious—plentiful and delicious. If I have time to visit Pekanbaru, I'll definitely stay at Hotel Mutiara Merdeka again.

Please maintain and, if necessary, expedite the repair of the hot water in the hotel rooms. Even though it's broken, we can still feel the remaining warm water in the bathroom. 🙏🏻🤭

the service and response so slow, bathroom (bathub dirty, the water was yellowish not seems clean) , the building quite old and some facility was not properly work

The service was very slow, I got the room at 3 o'clock, after waiting for 2:30. When I entered the bathroom, the towel was gone and it was only 5:30 in the afternoon that the towel was delivered. The towel was already crumpled and the color was unclear, either brown or cream or something else.
