Actually, this is a glorious old-school hotel in its time, sorry to be honest, the pool is dirty because we've been on holiday, the blanket is honestly itchy, shabby, the room mirror is not clean enough, the table is still dusty, to the point that my husband, who usually never comments when staying in hotels, commented on it. The AC is not cold even though it's already 16 degrees. I've complained only claiming our AC is like this, but the technician said he had gone home. But yeah, because the price is quite cheap, fortunately the facilities are complete, it just lacks maintenance. Best of luck.

The AC in the room wasn't cold.
So they gave me a fan, huhu.
Then, at 9 a.m. breakfast, most of the food was gone. I asked for milk for my cereal, but they said they didn't have any.

Hotel staff should smile more when greeting guests.
Breakfast wasn't refilled when the menu ran out, even at 7:30 a.m.
Many of the rooms in the pool area were unusable and very dirty.

I had a very memorable stay here. All rooms have bathtubs, and the staff was very helpful. Although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained and the facilities are kid-friendly. Keep up the good work!!!

The only downsides were the hard mattress and the tiny shower head.
The spring bed had old springs.
The atmosphere was okay, although a bit spooky because it was so quiet and had an old hotel vibe.

The staff are okay, but the bathroom smells of urine. The deluxe type doesn't have a smart TV. I also ordered a single bed, but it turned out to be a double bed, which was pushed aside.

I booked an executive room with a valley and pool view. Initially, the guard wanted a parking view, but I protested because it didn't meet my expectations. Finally, I switched to a room upstairs. It was quite pleasant, comfortable, and quiet. The room was spacious. The kids enjoyed it. The children's pool was quite safe. It was a shame the mattress wasn't soft enough, it felt like wire, and the bathroom door was broken and couldn't be locked. There was no doormat either. Breakfast was standard, tasted mediocre, and the menu lacked variety. The service was less than friendly, but the receptionist was friendly. The TV wasn't a smart TV yet.

The hotel and restaurant are quiet and need to liven up the atmosphere. A beehive in the parking lot could be a risk to guests. The AC needs servicing.

Everything is okay, there is a small suggestion that the smoking area can be made in one location only, because even though you have chosen a non-smoking room, when you go to the balcony there are still people smoking from the neighboring rooms.

This hotel actually has a lot of room for improvement in all aspects. It would be a shame to leave it in its current condition. The facilities are quite outdated, the room doors are difficult to open, the playground is broken, the in-room telephones are unusable, the corridor and room floors are slippery (risk of slipping when wet due to swimming), the amenities are basic, and the hot water is sometimes smooth and sometimes not. For a short staycation, it's still quite okay because the location is quite close to the Baturraden tourist area and its surroundings.

The food (fried rice, noodles, crispy chicken) was bland except for the meatballs. The mendoan was delicious, the fried egg was too salty, and the Wi-Fi in the room was unusable. A hotel as nice as this is a waste if it's not well maintained. The food quality needs to be improved to attract repeat guests. The rooms also need to be cleaned more thoroughly to avoid dust. The trees in the parking lot need to be replaced as they are potential caterpillar hotspots. We requested a double bed, but the receptionist said only single beds were available, so the hotel staff had to Hollywood in. When we stayed, there were about 10 rooms occupied.

Thank God, it was a great second stay here.
Paid 371,500 for an executive room with a pool view and free breakfast. A 5-year-old child was charged 50,000 rupiah for breakfast. The AC was a bit noisy but that's okay. The TV was big but a bit blurry and not yet a smart TV. The service was friendly, and the cleanliness was okay. Thank you, Green Valley.
