The hotel has a very pleasant traditional atmosphere and is close to the city center.

Some facilities are not working properly, like the TV, water heater, and water closet flush.

I booked for 4 nights (March 28 to April 2) the first night I entered the room there was a smell of rat urine in the area under the bed ..., maybe because it had not been occupied for a long time so HK did not clean the bedroom every day. In the morning when the HK team came we told them about the smell, and after cleaning it was no longer smelly ... but the third night there was still a faint smell ..., the next morning we decided to check out after breakfast. this is the most enjoyable, it turns out the food is delicious .., the tester really suits our tongue .... hopefully in the future the management of Kresna Hotel can improve its service and make Kresna Hotel an iconic hotel in Wonosobo amidst the rise of 4-star hotels in Wonosobo. many apologies and thanks.

Check in is only possible at 3. I can't be bothered to stay here again. TV is not available on the 2nd floor at the very end, which is not convenient.

Last time I went to Kresna a few years ago, this year I felt the improvement especially in breakfast options. The staff is also more responsive to serve. I like this hotel because it feels spacious, not stuffy and the location is strategic. In the morning you can take a morning walk to Alun Alun. Across the hotel there is also *lfamart if you need anything just cross the street. Worth it for the price of 400-500k per night.

The staff was very friendly, good service. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.

The room is near the roadside. So I can't sleep because of the traffic.

TV in 2 rooms is dead, only 1 plug in 2 rooms is on, non-AC with the assumption of cold, turned out to be ordinary, the bed is a bit hard, the blanket is itchy, the water is dead in 1 room, the light is small for bathing, buying fried rice, dirty plates were not fixed until the first day, hot water in the bathroom did not work on the 2nd day swimming pool can be used anytime

The room should be upgraded again, the mattress is hard, the pillows are flat, the bathroom is also not very clean

Old hotel but still well maintained, booked 3 deluxe rooms with AC for 3 nights during the long holiday at the end of January 2025. Unfortunately, there was no discount for an additional 1 extra bed in one of the rooms on the grounds that it was fully booked heheh. Breakfast was quite complete but unfortunately the vermicelli & fried rice needed improvement in taste & texture.

The perfect place to unwind from activities. The air is very far from pollution, the hotel has lots of beautiful paintings. There is gamelan too. Anyway, really like it

The staff service is friendly, actually the building is really cool, especially for lovers of colonial architecture or history. But unfortunately in several spots it looks like it has not been maintained: The paint is moldy, the ceiling looks like it is about to rot and there is not enough light in the hallway. The grass in the yard is not maintained, it is not pleasing to the eye. In my opinion, the room is OK, only if it can be replaced with a newer and softer bed. This hotel just needs a little touch and it will be truly extraordinary.

This is an old classic hotel. Cleanliness is maintained even though it has a classic impression. Similar to the Mojopahit hotel in Surabaya. The bedroom is relatively spacious. Parking is also very spacious. Because it's classic, it gives the impression of being quiet.

Room standardization must be improved. Television only uses tube television and no signal for TV channels or digital channels. All the hallway lights need to be turned on more. The hallway carpet doesn't pay enough attention to cleanliness. The room door lock is still not a Smart Key (no card yet). Some rooms have AC, some don't have AC. Even though the message is AC and non-smoking.
