Very satisfying, very delicious food, very luxurious facilities.

If possible, the breakfast can be varied and the taste can be improved, it's not very good.

Very strategic location in the middle of the city, friendly staff, comfortable ambience, clean and spacious rooms. Free parking for 1 car and 1 motorbike. Breakfast is quite complete. Room service prices are still very affordable. And I got a free upgrade from the executive suite to the presidential suite. Thank you so much.

Almost every time I go back to my hometown, I stay at Horison now. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. If there is something to improve, maybe in the fitness center which seems to be poorly maintained, where the barbells are only at a minimum of 10kg and there is a sticky feeling when you want to use them. Oh yeah, sometimes there are many TV channels that have bad signals. So if there is something to improve, maybe things like this. The rest is okay. Thanks.

Oh my God. After checking in, I went straight to my room, the room was amazingly cool. I booked 5 deluxe rooms and I got a connecting room, the room was still soundproof with carpet too, so I brought a 9-month-old baby who was crawling safely and not cold. At night, I bought snacks at the hotel using coupons so it was safe, I didn't get hungry at night. I only stayed there for a day, I haven't tried swimming because time was running out, after breakfast I went straight to Lampung and in the afternoon I boarded the ferry again. Next time I go to Lampung, God willing, I will stay at Horison again. I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it ‼️

This is the first time I have stayed at the Horison Hotel with my wife. It was very comfortable. The staff on duty at check out was handled by Ms. Dona, who was very kind and friendly and the food in the restaurant was also very delicious.

the hotel staff is very friendly I checked out at 3 am the staff was still friendly and the process was fast without any fuss the location is strategic, there is also a mall near the hotel
