Easy access, close to public facilities, culinary, market, grand mosque.

Complain: 1. Hot water is not working. 2. Bathroom exhaust is not working. 3. AC is not cold (remote battery is dead).

I won't be staying here again, because the room smells really bad of cigarettes and the AC is leaking.

The hotel is old model but close to the market and at night there are lots of snacks around the market, the food variants are not varied, the toilets are not very clean and smell a bit.

The receptionist is not very friendly, the room is spacious, for the price it is worth it. The cleanliness of the sheets should be improved

Location near the town square, nice to be able to walk to the town square & grand mosque. The staff are generally polite, the parking attendant is very polite and directs well as well as the bellboy, the others are just so-so, a bit embarrassed to greet guests it seems 😬. Standard type room without windows, tea gets 1 bottle of ready-to-drink tea and 1 sachet of coffee, complete bathroom equipment, the room is quite ideal for resting.

TV has no broadcast, refrigerator is completely dead

The staff is friendly, the room is nice, the bathroom is nice. But there is no hot water for shower.

Walking is also OK, close by, at night there are lots of snacks from light meals to heavy meals in the area in front of the market.

We were greatly helped by the restaurant which was willing to let us store the food we brought in the freezer.

The room is not clean, the sheets are dirty, there is no plug for charging your phone, whereas in other hotels it is usually near the bed, and the bathroom is really dirty, the walls and floor of the bathroom are dirty, please fix it, it's a shame because the location is strategic.

The only thing that's okay is the strategic location, the rest is just B. The room has no windows, the sink and shower are broken and the bathroom walls are dirty, the AC is not cold, the electricity went out several times in the middle of the night. It's really uncomfortable.

Yes, it's worth the price. The food is delicious. But the bathroom needs to be renovated maybe. It's already dull.

I will not stay here again if I go to Subang! The deluxe room is 465 thousand/night but the air conditioner is only blowing so I couldn't sleep. At 2 am, I went to the receptionist to report it with my wet and sweaty clothes. Initially, the officer came to check and replace the AC remote battery but it was useless because the AC was not cold at all. The bathroom was also clogged and the water drain was stagnant. The room was 204. Finally, I was moved to another room because I couldn't sleep because it was stuffy. The impact was that I woke up late because I had trouble sleeping.

The bathroom door can't be closed, the hot/cold water tap handle is loose. The towels are torn. And there is a pole in the middle of the room, very uncomfortable. If the price is quite good with a strategic location like that.

Hopefully the menu will be more varied in the future so it doesn't get boring.
