the best hotel I've ever visited, very satisfying, the staff is friendly and very helpful. check out at 12 but leave your stuff until night is still allowed and come back to get your stuff and then be allowed to wait for the travel on the lobby chair for a long time. thank you palm hotel, continue to be successful.. 🥰

The hotel staff are very friendly and really helpful during the check in and check out process, the rooms are comfortable, clean and very quiet, I really recommend staying here, at an affordable price you can get a room with complete facilities and near the city center.

Room beyond expectation. Because the hotel is quite old in Banjarmasin and there are many new hotels nearby 😊 After renovation some time ago the room condition is good, the bathroom is clean and dries quickly, the water is smooth. Nice pleasant experience after a long time not staying at the Palm Hotel. Last in 2009.

It's worth it, the room size and price are appropriate, and the plus is that it's close to the city center too, so it's convenient if you want to go out, you can also find food stalls nearby, and you can definitely hear the call to prayer.

The gym is okay and clean, I didn't have time to try the food, the downside of the room was the refrigerator because the water came out and made the floor wet but they helped clean it, they were quick to respond when they called.

1. There was a staff who spoke loudly when passing the room, so it sounded a bit noisy. 2. The app stated check out time was 13.00, when checking in, I tried to reconfirm and the receptionist (male) confirmed that the check out time was 13.00 according to the app. The next day at around 11.25 the receptionist (female) confirmed the check out time was 12.00. It was only 1 hour difference but the preparation was rushed. Miscommunication/how?

Friendly service and calm atmosphere. However, I got a room that seemed to have not been checked for a long time and looked outdated. The AC was not cold and was old, the TV was on but there was no picture, and the AC remote had run out of batteries. The bathroom floor became very slippery when exposed to water. Hopefully, in the future, renovations will be carried out on the old rooms.
