Hi, I stayed here suddenly because a family member passed away in Sukabumi. The room and overall service were good. There were only a few less than great experiences. We booked a room for the driver, the front office didn't ask for a deposit or any administration, we thought it was okay. Then we left, but when we came back, the front office had changed shifts and said that the driver's room was full. We were very disappointed. Another experience was some of the food during sahur, it was too salty. But the staff's attitude was very good and they always answered us in a friendly manner.

When you arrive at the door there are dirty plates, the location is on the side of the road so it's noisy

Breakfast is not very varied, and there are no staff on standby, so it's difficult to ask for help.

Breakfast must be at the time specified during check-in, because if it is past the time, the food stock will not be refilled, you have to wait for the next hour 😀

The hotel staff is very friendly. Although yesterday there was a slight problem with the toilet which gave off an unpleasant smell. But the hotel staff immediately fixed it quickly. So that my family and I can use the hotel room comfortably again. Thank you Anugerah hotel🙏

Breakfast was from 8 to 8, peak season. Many of them were already sold out.

The first time I came to the front office was not pleasant, rude, the security guard would be friendlier. The sink was clogged and the bathroom floor tiles were slippery (should have been installed with rough ones) because it was very dangerous for children. Please fix it or even just replace the tiles. The breakfast was very tasty and varied.
