Hotel access is very easy and hotel facilities are very good for families.

Overall okay, in the hotel area there is a coffee shop, bakery, boutique, and reflexology massage.

The room was clean and very spacious... We stayed in a suite type, the car was parked in front of the room... Because we checked out at 1 am... Breakfast was packed... And coinciding with Christmas, we got a parcel of cookies... It was really great...

Overall, my stay here was satisfactory. Access is close to the toll road, and the city center isn't too far away. There are also cafes, a mosque, and an Alfamart nearby. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The water in the second-floor room wasn't strong enough, so perhaps the water flow in the bathroom could be improved. If I ever visit Probolinggo again, this might be a good idea to stay there again. 😉

The staff was nice, the service was very good, but when I stayed there was a volleyball team staying there too and they were so noisy that they were shouting so much that it disturbed my rest.

My first stay at BVH wasn't impressive. The service varies. I booked a one-night stay and wanted to extend it, but it wasn't fully booked. Without notification or explanation, I assumed the room was already occupied, and had to move to another hotel. There was also no telephone in the room like other hotels. They should have informed me when booking online whether it was an extension or just one night. At other hotels, when I book online for one night, I'm still told before check-out whether I want to extend or check out today. The room wasn't sold to anyone else.

A hotel that is quite close if you want to go to Bromo

take the twin suite type, it's on the ground floor, you can park near the room. there is a terrace and chairs in front of the room. transit at this hotel before continuing the trip to Bromo. strategic location on the main road. the bedroom is clean, unfortunately the bathroom is not very clean. the shower water is not strong enough, the hot water works well. The AC works well. there are 2 bottles of 600ml mineral water, a kettle, sugar, tea, coffee. mini refrigerator. toiletries are also provided. breakfast menu according to its stars. thank you..
