Everything is satisfactory. The check in check out process is fast. Great breakfast. It's just that on the balcony I found traces of cigarettes, it seems that I wasn't careful when cleaning. The rest is satisfactory. See you next year, God willing ❤️

Service is not as usual and the rooms are still dirty.

The rooms are decent but expensive and there is no wifi and breakfast.

I've been here about 6 times. But this time the experience is not pleasant. When checking in the fo staff were also not friendly. I ordered 3 rooms. One of them was still dirty when he entered the room, there was still trash on the floor and cockroaches in the bathroom. The re-cleaning took quite a long time, until I came to the lobby many times.

There are a few buildings in the area, one of which had been recently renovated and looked nice. Too bad we didn't get to stay there. Our room was located at the back side which hadn't been refurbished. The room was not bad though, with nice greenery view and somewhat comfortable space. Aircon was working fine. We'd like to see improvements on a few things: the cleanliness of the bedsheet, the degree of warmness of the bathroom water, and the (broken) room telephone. It was very hard as well to reach the reception from our room via phone and Whatsapp, so we had to walk all the way to the main building just to ask for little things.

Good for service but for breakfast not good.

Luas, nyaman dan bersih. Makanannya enak, next pasti nginep lagi di sini.

Overall it's good, only orders are not accommodated (order king size but replaced with twin), even though the receptionist admits that there has been a notification in the order.

Saya sangat menikmatinya, suasana hotel dan pemandangan sekitarnya sangat indah, membuat kami sekeluarga sangat berkesan.

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children, taking 2 business rooms. The room is on the 4th floor, the room is clean, the hot water is OK, the AC is cold. The swimming pool is nice and there is a hot wading pool. How fun.

At first we chose this hotel because we wanted to see a good view, as shown in the photo, and wanted to be comfortable staying here, but after checking in and entering the room, how come it's not like the description, the bathroom light isn't bright, and there's a wall on the wall. graffiti, the balcony is also not clean and not esthetic, so it seems that the room is gloomy and horror. I'm sorry. Hopefully in the future more attention will be paid, the quality will be improved so that guests who stay overnight feel like coming here again.

Comfortable, spacious parking, good officers.

The place to stay is comfortable, clean, the view is good. The breakfast menu is also complete, there is a place to swim, suitable for family holidays.

The view from the hotel room directly towards Mount Ciremai is really soothing. Fatigue during activities in the city paid off.
