Honest review, first check in at 7pm, got a room with an air conditioner that wasn't cold at all, complained to the receptionist, the air conditioner was checked by a technician, after checking, the air conditioner was indeed not cold, the receptionist offered to move rooms but was charged an additional fee 🙈, why did the hotel charge us for the problem? Finally after discussing it again, we were able to move without additional costs.
