The view is nice. The room is also clean. The swimming pool is also spacious and nice with a waterfall. The downsides include the outdoor AC unit being very dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned for months, and the WiFi signal is unstable.

Staff amazing, location a bit hard to access (road goes down sharply).

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel area and surroundings are clean, so I want to stay at Jimmers Mountain Resort again.

Accessible location, if one-way traffic is closed, you can find a back alley. Cool and beautiful environment. Large swimming pool.

Get a weekend price of less than 400 thousand at El Paso Deluxe which has a balcony, mountain view, very clean rooms, very friendly service, there is a playground for children, standard coconut shell prices and picked straight from the tree.

the sound is too loud when there is live music, not soundproof enough

A cheap yet comfortable kids-friendly resort, and I happened to choose the Charleston with a direct pool view and a balcony. The breakfast is buffet style and there is live music. There is a swimming pool, children's playground, mini zoo, and a relaxing place to enjoy the mountain view. The staff are friendly. However, there is a sawang (a small hole) in the bathroom near the sink. Hopefully, cleanliness will be improved in the future. Access is via a steep path, but it's still passable. Overall, it's worth it and I recommend coming back. Thank you, Jimmers Mountain Resort.

A kid-friendly hotel that's affordable but comfortable. Breakfast is buffet-style and includes live music. There's a swimming pool, children's playground, mini zoo, and a relaxing area to enjoy the mountain views. The staff is very friendly. Access is via a steep road, but it's passable. the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was actually somewhat clean, didn't find dust on anything, but unfortunately we found cockroaches and ants on the floor. The breakfast was rather disappointing. Not many varieties, the nasi uduk was too salty, and the tea was too thick it ruined the taste. But overall, we liked staying there. May decide to come again, but probably won't take the breakfast.

Cool, friendly hotel staff, clean, nice view, cool.

I arrived at the hotel at 9 p.m., the road leading to it was steep and dark. Upon check-in, it turned out that we were required to leave our ID card (no cash deposit). The room was quite spacious, old-style, but the mattress was still quite comfortable. The hotel grounds were nice, green, neat, clean, and beautiful, with a large, clean swimming pool. The rabbit park was missing animals, and the billiards and playground were closed (apparently, they had to pay for them). The breakfast was a real downer. I was there as a couple, and upon check-in, we were told that breakfast would be delivered to our room (because it turned out there was an office event there). We were only served unappetizing fried rice, a sunny-side-up egg, and fried chicken (one chicken divided into 8), along with sweet tea in disposable cups. It was like breakfast served at (sorry) a guesthouse during the pandemic. Disappointing!

The room is comfortable, clean, the food is delicious, but the lights near the swimming pool are very minimal so it's dark at night and the swimming pool is also a bit dirty, hopefully it will be better in the future.

Never get bored with Jimmers...

The staff are friendly.. the bathroom has water seepage from who knows where so the floor is constantly flooded.. when I was there there was a soccer match next to the hotel.. what made it uncomfortable was revving motorbikes at dusk.. so it was a bit noisy.. I also got a room at Elpaso.. If there were kids running upstairs you could really hear the sound of people running.. because the floor is wooden so it was really noisy.. other than that, the service was okay.
