Nice room but unfortunately there are so many bed bugs. Try to pay attention to the cleaning details again, it really itches when you check it, there are bed bugs. When you look at the details, there are lots of bed bugs. Even on the floor there are bed bugs jumping around. Even though the room is okay, the AC is cold.

At the beginning of check-in, the security guard was already uncomfortable with the makeshift split room even though the reservation was correct, I almost wanted to cancel. The hotel facilities are not commensurate with four stars, no sandals, no hair wrap, dull and smelly sheets, dirty and cigarette smelly rooms, food. Just once. The hotel was luxurious in its time but is very outdated now

For me and my wife, with a price below 300 thousand, the hotel room is good. Spacious. Water heater on. The bathroom is also spacious. Walking distance to the living plaza. Free parking for hotel guests. And I say with a price below 300, it is good even though from the outside it looks like an old hotel lobby. But when you are in the room, it is good. The room is very large, free upgrade to executive with a sofa, unfortunately the briefing about free parking was not given, apparently the security guard said it had to be stamped for free parking.

The room is very comfortable, spacious and really clean, I asked for a room facing the street and it was given. I expected the hotel to be scary because it was an old hotel but it turned out to be not as good as it should be, but I was really satisfied.

The hotel is quite nice and spacious, personally I like old buildings because of their high artistic value, it's just that for the room I got there was no manual room key from the inside, plus the bathroom also had no key, and the trash can in the room was broken so I had to go back and forth to the bathroom to throw trash in the trash can, that was a fairly prominent drawback otherwise everything was very good.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the room was not comfortable, the AC was hot and could not be cold, the WiFi and TV channels were always jammed, the breakfast was a buffet but lacked variety in taste and dishes, they said there were many guests but I ate alone and when I ate, all the side dishes were gone even though it was only 8 o'clock, I told the staff that it had just been prepared, but it was mediocre.
