This is the first time I've stayed overnight and there were ants in the room.

Alhamdulillah the hotel is spacious, nowadays many hotels are not spacious but the price is sky high. The swimming pool is nice. There are many people selling around, it's not too far if you want to go to Malioboro, the price is affordable, only parking requires effort. The incline is extraordinary.

The staff is friendly, good and steady, next time I will stay there again. Good view, really steady

The bathroom smells really bad of urine.

The bathroom smells a bit. Also, the ceiling of the room is peeling off from getting wet.

The hotel is quite good, having a balcony is very helpful for me as a smoker, but the mattress is very uncomfortable because it is too hard like sleeping on a board so the quality of rest is not optimal.

Wifi must always reconnect so it can't be connected directly. The room is quite comfortable, the bed is soft enough to sleep comfortably.

the experience of staying at the student park hotel was less than satisfactory and tended to be bad because the bed provided was very hard so that the resting experience was not optimal, sleep was not restful and even tended to be difficult to sleep until asleep, the first day only slept 3 hours and the second day only slept 1-2 hours, the wife also complained about the same thing. many parts of the room need to be repaired so that the comfort of guests staying there is more optimal and in accordance with what is paid.

The swimming pool is not child-friendly, because it goes straight to a height of 1 meter, it is uncomfortable when you ask for more towels, they don't give you any (they are given a quota), the sofa on the balcony is also dirty, it looks like it's not well maintained, the hotel and restaurant staff are friendly.

Good, close to all public facilities

I ordered a family room. The room design is nice, multi-level, there is a dining table complete with plates, bowls, spoons, and a pantry. The room is spacious with 3 beds. My child really likes it.

Overall ok, just the shower water that comes out is too small. So the shower time is long.
