The location of this villa is actually strategic, very close to the toll road. but when entering the villa, the road is very steep, if you bring a car, you must have a reliable driver, because it is steep and winding... for the pool it is very dirty. for the room it is very spacious and the layout is very good. wide bed and complete bathroom necessities. there is body lotion, shampoo along with conditioner and soap. the food is just B, not varied and cold. for the service is very good, we came given a welcome drink and helped to rent a motorbike. for cleanliness it must be greatly improved, the swimming pool is not safe for children because the depth is 1.3 M.

I had a beautiful experience one night with Tanadewa Villas Nusadua. It was wonderful and excellent service. The staff were very friendly, they gave me very clear explanations about the service. They have high technology to make it easy when you need the service. The room was also very nice, had a good smell and whenever I needed assistance from them, they were very fast to help me. For the food, it was very delicious, we really loved to have an experience with TANADEWA VILLAS. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR TANADEWA VILLAS NUSADUA. Have a wonderful day 🙏🏻

The staff so friendly. Everyone so nice but just one thing in my point is cleanlenies such as toilet or bathroom, arround the pool still need more clean.

Moving the hotel from originally in Seminyak to Ubud without prior confirmation was very detrimental to us. All the plans that had been made for Seminyak all failed. And no apology from the hotel.

I usually don't write reviews but for Tanadewa Nusa Dawa I would. The most personalised Villa ever and everything is just way to perfect. Making the price felt like a bargain. You can sense the Villa was build with heart and the best quality. Great Job.

Compact, clean and comfortable.

- Banyak semut tidak di bersihkan.- Lantai 1 dekat kolam juga tidak di sapu? (ada cincin jatuh tidak dipindahkan, masih di bawah).-Staf sedikit sekali.- Wc toilet tidak bagus mungkin maintenance nya tidak baik.- Tempat sabun tidak di refill sehingga kehabisan ketika sedang mandi. Cukup sekali nginap di Tanadewa, tidak seperti review-review yang saya liat di aplikasi.

Best banget, tempat nya bersih, nyaman, kolam renang nya pas buat anak-anak, staf nya ramah dan baik hati, sangat teliti sekali, security nya pun sangat siap membantu, makanan nya enak, anak ku selalu bilang, kakak yang di depan cantik sekali 🥰, kalau ke Bali kita pasti stay di sini lagi, best banget, ga usah ragu untuk Tanadewa, di jamin menyenangkan, sukses selalu Tanadewa ❤.

A very pleasant experience, he said the hotel was really good, friendly service, the check-in process was easy, the rooms were clean, and everything smelled good. Great ambiance with strategic location, great hospitality.

Overall I like everything, just a little weird about drinking water in the room, it doesn't taste good, it doesn't taste the same as plain water basically.

I was tired from traveling overland from Malang city and arrived at the hotel at 20.00. When checking in, there was no one at all and I waited a very long time until I got a room. After waiting for a long time, finally someone came to help check in and I was still told to fill out the form myself and tell me to upload an ID card, then refill it care to protect it, then fill out the registration form and I happened to have 6, everyone told me to show an ID card. Can't you just swab on the spot? It's been a long wait, entering the room, the hot water doesn't turn on and the TV is all ant (broken, no channel) please pay attention.

The lights are off, the electricity is not strong, the engineering is not standby, the swimming pool is dirty.

Lampu kolam mati pas komplain katanya engineeringnya udah pulang padahal itu masih jam 6an lah akhirnya bad banget gimana gak bad gelap gulita serem di livingroomnya jadi kesannya horror akhirnya tiba-tiba dateng yang benerin lampu sampai lama benerin tetap gak bisa katanya harus dipadamin semua dulu yaudalah minta pindah kamar aja gak bisa, bisa nya besoknya. Oklah baik. Akhirnya besok pindah kamar terus pesen dinner set buat surprisein ultah pasangan aku. Pas udah jadi aku kasih surprise ke pasangan aku ikutan kaget parah si gak sesuai gambar yang ditawarkan. 1,4 untuk dinner set aja dengan modelan begitu benar-benar kecewa. Bilangnya ada lilin-lilin hias terus set bunga bentuk love kecil di deket meja dan itu nothing:). Cuman bunga kecil-kecil ditaburin dipinggir kursi trus gak ada lilin sama sekali benar-benar garing asli dan pinggir-pinggir kolam masih berantakan harusnya ya dibenerin dikit-dikit biar bagus apa gimana. Garing parah. Bener-bener mood langsung ilang. Makanan juga gak enak:). Dahlah sekali aja di sini. Sering inap dan kasih surprise di hotel bintang 4,5 tapi ini pualing bad asli. Pas pulang sempet komplain dan akhirnya minta maaf lalu dikasih voucher gratis semalam untuk balik lagi ke bali dikirim by email. Yaa menurutku udah itikad baik tapi tetap gak bisa mengulang moment sih maaf:). Vouchernya masih ada di saya dan belum saya pakek. Thanks:).

I love staying here. The place is quite, room is clean, staffs are friendly, near to the beach, only 15 minutes to nusa penida by car. Food are great! Love this place.
