As soon as I was about to check out, wow, someone cleaned the car and it was shiny.

The first experience was quite impressive... Strategic location in the middle of the city, large and ample parking but it would be better to rearrange the basement to make it look neater and more attractive... Unfortunately there is only one Family Room (suggestion to make many family rooms so that the chances of getting a large room are greater), the room is very spacious, complete facilities, but it is better to check the strength of the mattress regularly (there is a leg that came off), dead wifi, there are 2 bathrooms but suggestions to be fixed more neatly so that it looks clean and attractive... The food is good, there are some delicious dishes, but it is not very varied, suggestions to have an interesting menu so that consumers enjoy it more... The price is competitive and in accordance with what is obtained, suggestions to give special prices for customers who often visit this Benua Hotel... Over all Nice and we will visit again of course, hopefully these inputs can be implemented immediately so that we can feel a different and better nuance... Always be successful Benua Hotel...

Clean hotel, strategic location, friendly, cheap.

Overall it's okay for that price. Nice room, quite cold AC, complete towels and amenities for 2 people. There are 2 suggestions. 1. Provide a kettle or shared dispenser in the corridor to make tea or coffee. 2. The bathroom floor of room 303 is either clogged or the floor is concave so the water pools. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Next time I will definitely stay here again. And the experience will be even better. Thank you.

the choice to stay for the 2nd time, got a room with slow water drainage in the toilet so when taking a shower it floods, the taste of the food does not change, it still tastes lacking. when buying food at the restaurant, the taste is also the same, it tastes lacking. if the staff is friendly and the hotel is close to places to eat

Stayed for the 2nd time at this hotel. It was quite worth it especially during the holiday season, the hotel was very crowded so it wasn't as scary as before. We were allowed to move rooms when there was a problem with the AC + room lights, I was really satisfied staying here. It was just a bit of a shock at 9 am because the next room was being fixed by the repairman so I woke up because of the noise but fortunately it was only for a short time

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, close to the city center and the price is pocket-friendly. Next time I go to Bandung, I will come here again.

minus in the cleanliness of the room. there is a lot of dust stuck to the walls of the room. Although the hotel is old, I don't feel spoky like other people's comments. Take a superior room which is very spacious, there is already a refrigerator and sofa in the room. the bed is also enough for 3 adults. parking is quite spacious, it can be in the basement. there are not many choices for breakfast, but in terms of taste it is delicious. If only the room was clean, this could be a regular hotel every time I go to Bandung

The bathroom is a bit dark, only a little water comes out... the room is not soundproof so footsteps can be heard a lot, the AC is not cold enough... there are only a few TV programs and the TV signal is bad.

Actually the room is quite spacious, unfortunately the roof leaks when it rains. But the hotel compensates by providing free drinks. Hopefully the leak will be fixed soon.
