Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, facilities work well, breakfast menu has a few choices and is delicious, parking is a bit limited, very satisfied with staying at Zest Hotel here, recommended hotel 👍, just ask for the kettle to be checked, there is a crust, the rest is 👍👍👍, thank you

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, it's great, I really like it, all the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, the place is clean, it's just a shame that yesterday I stayed here it was a bit crowded because the hotel was being renovated, otherwise it's really good.😊

The hotel is currently renovating the lobby area so it is very uncomfortable for the waiting room and quite noisy with the workers doing the renovations.

It was enough to make you comfortable during your holiday in Surabaya, it was perfect that there was a hairdryer. The AC was really cold, the room was clean... but unfortunately for the hotel slippers, you had to ask for them first before they gave you them.

upgraded to the newer version of their standard room. not very soundproof. the room is quite small, but it’s enough to do our prayers. the breakfast also enjoyable with their various options and tasteful. it’s a great option for transit/business hotel.
