Alhamdulillah all the services are fast. It's just a shame there are no quad rooms, so the four of us have separate rooms.

This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel and it was flooded because the rainwater came in from who knows where and the water only came out a little, but overall the staff were incredibly responsive, and when we wanted to move rooms they also helped us, and the food was delicious.

I happened to have a religious tour to Ampel Hotel, the most representative hotel near the location, yes, the AC was not cold, the mechanic had fixed it but it was still not cold. Overall, the house, location and comfort are enough for those who are going on a religious tour to Sunati Ampel

Have stayed here many times, always comfortable. Near Ampel religious tourism. Around the hotel there are many culinary choices. The best thing about this hotel is that you can check in early as long as there are rooms available. The menu is delicious and quite varied.

the place is clean, comfortable, the staff is also friendly. unfortunately, the air conditioner water is only dripping. so I have to use a bathroom mat so the water doesn't spill on the floor. so far so good

Clean rooms, adequate facilities, helpful staff, strategic location, plus the spikoe sold at the hotel cafe is also delicious, can be a practical choice as a souvenir. For a budget hotel, it is worth every penny to choose this hotel and will definitely be another choice when going to Surabaya.
