The hotel staff was very helpful during the check-in process, it was pleasant.

The hotel is noisy and sounds echo when people are talking outside the room. I arrived past 2:00 PM and was given a room for 2:30 PM. Even though the rule says you can check in at 2:00 PM.

I like it and it's comfortable because the location is close to everywhere. The hotel facilities are so-so, according to the price and the condition of the old hotel that is poorly maintained. As for the service, perhaps the employees need to be reminded that they are in the service sector where attitude and gestures when dealing with/serving customers are important.

Thank you for your service, but it still needs to be improved.

Just realized there are no photos of the hotel, oh my, what am I doing there? So far the hotel is quite attractive, clean, comfortable for resting, not noisy, cool..

The hotel is strategic. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly. But unfortunately the building and its contents are not well maintained. Hopefully it can be maintained again to be more comfortable and clean.

The room is spacious, parking is available, but yesterday there was a problem with the sink being clogged and the AC leaking. The breakfast is minimalist, but unexpectedly it tastes delicious.

large room, strategically close to Akmil, cold AC, standard food, cmn at that time because there were few people staying, the atmosphere was quiet, the hallway was minimally lit and dark so the time on the street was a bit scary too. At 3 pm, I was a bit surprised by strange and scary sounds, but over all everything was good, one thing I can say is that I love you

Location near city center. Clean room. Only 1 power outlet, very difficult. Bathroom is muddy, shower water comes out everywhere.

because I arrived too early before 2 around 1 so I couldn't check in... but I was allowed to leave my suitcase.. I had time to ask the lady on guard if the twin room could be shared, she said Yes... We went back to the hotel in the afternoon when checking in, the lady on guard was different, this time the lady on guard asked for a twin bed but sharing this time she said differently, aka No, so I was directed to a large bed (suggestion to make one voice so that it's the same hehe) The room size is quite ok, quite spacious, coincidentally got a room where the bathroom water absorption was a bit clogged so it was quite flooded... The ladies in the parking lot were friendly... The food tasted quite good, it suited me hehe But there was not enough variety... Even toddlers, children still get charged half price food...
