The air circulation inside the room is bad. Cigarete smoke from floor 5th can enter floor 3rd where I stay. Or from other room on the same floor. Perhaps from the exhaust in the bathroom or air conditioning. The towell need replacement immediately.

Amaris is always the first alternative to stay when on duty in Kupang. What I observe now is that the towels are starting to look worn out. It would be better to start replacing them.

The rule, 1 person = 1 egg, I just found this so far during my stay at the hotel, well let's say it's a rule, okay, but logically 1 room for 2 people for breakfast, meaning I'm staying alone, I get 2 eggs. But, the hotel rule is strange.

For the type of room I booked, it was quite good, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the room facilities such as toothpaste, toothbrush and sandals were only for one person, even though the room was for 2 people. The breakfast menu should be changed, not the same for 3 nights of staying, and the staff should be friendlier.

I had a problem with the room provided by the hotel. I asked for a non-smoking room, but the hotel gave me a room on a floor full of cigarette smoke. It was very uncomfortable to be in a room with the smell of cigarette smoke, especially since I was staying with 3 small children. But after a while the hotel gave me a solution to move to another room on another floor that no longer smelled of cigarette smoke.
