This is my first time staying here. The room is clean. I'm really satisfied.

Not according to what was ordered, the room was damp, the sheets were stained, and there was a lot of unpleasant smell.

The hotel is quite close to the Losari beach area, the room size is too small & the AC leaks until the floor in front of the room door is wet, breakfast is very minimal but it's okay because there are lots of places to eat around

Well served when checking in through the app. There is a 100k deposit and will be returned when the room key is returned. The room key is left at the receptionist when leaving the room. There is one officer on each shift. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels are not white because of long use, maybe. The food is delicious and well-arranged. For the room price of 240k through the app, well, it's appropriate.

The staff was friendly. The cleanliness was decent, though some improvements could be made, such as traces of air conditioning repairs in the room. The TV broadcast quality could be improved. I might plan to return.

The staff are all friendly, the place is comfortable, clean, and the rooms smell good. The facilities are easy to use, the TV has channels and you can watch them. This place is highly recommended🥰

The room size is small for 2 guests, breakfast time is too late, it will be 8 o'clock while we are active earlier in the morning

Overall, it's comfortable, but you need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom. There are cobwebs in the bedroom and it smells musty. There's a leak in the bathroom hose and the soap/shampoo is out.
