The staff was very kind but they have to make sure the room and and the identity of visitors.
The ambience was very good and the facility was great. Nevertheless, they need to prevent from the millipede in around of the room. They also need to add some staff in the restaurant especially during breakfast, because there is staff like work overload to serve the guest.

Service was great, room was clean. Great room for both families or couples. Even though the villas are fairly close together, the layout provided a good sense of privacy. However, the check in time is quite late (3PM), there was no hairdryer provided in the room, and I hope they fix the bathroom floor, because it wasn't completely level so water tended to pool slightly after showers. Despite these minor issues, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay overall.

Sorry the swimming pool is dirty with lots of dry leaves, the pump is also very small so it looks like the water is stopped the filter is not working. The 2nd floor room is quite large but why is there no curtain so if the lights are on it can be seen from outside. Cleanliness really needs to be improved.

Insufficient maintenance, poor water drainage in each bathroom, continuous pool water level issues necessitating frequent refills to avoid noisy disturbances, inadequate provision of pool towels for the reserved number of guests: limited availability of towels upon request, booked for 6pax, provided only 2 (make that makes sense) and malfunctioning showers on the second floor.

The toilet is clogged. Checking out, accused of tearing the towel, and told to pay 50 thousand. Hopefully this doesn't happen to other guests.

The food in restaurants is good but the room is strength, no space to put my clothing and drinking water heater have to boil in the floor? Also the room outside is very very dirty and mess!

The villa is good, but I'm afraid to stay because there are lots of regulations. If it's dirty, you get fined, so in my opinion, the villa is a thousand fines, but the villa is comfortable and beautiful.
