The room I always got was not clean, dusty, the curtains had paint marks, the sheets were dirty, I asked for a towel and only got one, there was no toothbrush.

I came during renovation, so the cleanliness of the hotel can still be considered, but the room I stayed in was less than pleasant, there was nothing included like soap, toothbrush, or even a foot cloth, the towels were really bad, the sheets smelled, the blanket was thin, and I ordered a city view room but got one with a wall instead.

The amenities were incomplete and there were no towels in the room and there was no bottled water either.

The experience of staying here was very bad, why I said it was bad because the bathroom was hexuse not working which resulted in the bathroom smelling, then the toilet was a bit clogged, plus the staff gave an additional charge outside the provisions of Traveloka, which should only be 50 thousand, I was asked for 80 thousand per room, even though I booked 3 rooms 😭😭 basically it seems like this is the last time I stay here

Standard, but very cheap for a city center location.

Basically the hotel crew is quite friendly. It just seems that the hotel room is not well maintained. The water tap has started to not function properly so it seems that only a little water comes out of the tap.

Please improve the cleanliness

The room is really dirty, the AC is leaking so the water is flooded everywhere, the AC smells musty, the sheets smell musty too, the floor is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the towels smell 😭😭. Asked for a broom but they didn't give it 🥵🥵

More importantly, cleanliness, bedroom (it smells of cigarettes), cleanliness of bathroom, toilet water runs out

If you are looking for a budget hotel, please do not choose this one. The bathroom is super DIRTY, lots of cockroaches, smells of urine, the sink is dirty and there is even dirt in the toilet that has not been cleaned. The room is stuffy, the air conditioner is not cold, and the room smells of cigarettes even though I chose a non-smoking room. The sheets are dirty, and it looks like the towels and pillowcases are used by someone else that have not been changed! I regret staying here.

Check in and checkout is fast, strategic location near the city center of Ratu Indah Mall. The AC is cold, quite clean, good wifi. But the TV doesn't work, needs renovation.

The air conditioner is not cold, the cleanliness of the toilet is not maintained, the friendliness of the female employees is not friendly, the lift is broken, you have to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor
