The hotel is not bad and near to the city centre and not far from the airport.

Prices are in line with quality and service.

Strategic location in the city center. It's just that the soundproofing in the room is a bit disturbed by the sound of the outdoor AC compressor until the humming sound of the AC machine enters the room. The others are ok. The lobby area is ok.

Clean rooms, friendly service, close to culinary.

Worth it, and I will order it when I go to Pontianak on business, highly recommended for friends who are looking for a hotel that is close to culinary locations.

It's noisy, the music goes into the room so I can't sleep.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is very good, the outdoor AC in the room is noisy so it is quite disturbing when sleeping, booked a standard premium room with an area of 20m2 but when checking in was informed that the room type was not available then upgraded but I felt the new room type was 16m2 so it felt cramped. Room Service forgot to clean the room.

The noise from the club' & resto place is very loud until the room so it's hard to sleep until 2 am.

Strategic location, many of the room facilities are quite old, such as the window curtains which are a bit damaged, there is no wifi information, subjectively my breakfast is still not suitable because there is little variety and the taste is not integrated between the side dishes and vegetables. The room is not soundproof, because at night the sound of music on the 4th floor can be heard up to the 2nd floor, very disturbing for those who want to rest.

My room 305 was clean tidy, although at times theres foul stench coming from the drain pipe. They came to service the room everyday without a miss. Staff were friendly and professional. Lobby was spacious and food was not bad at all. The skybar is a bonus where you're able to see the city from above.
