This is not the first time I have stayed at Margo. But when I stayed yesterday, it was a holiday, the food was a bit lacking. Maybe the staff was busy with too many guests. The variety is really lacking. Usually the food variety at Margo is delicious.

I stayed with a traveloka booking, 1 king bed non smoking. Before I checked in I called the hotel several times but no one answered. When checking in I was asked again whether the room was smoking or not, and I confirmed no. The availability of the king bed room was not ready, I waited 30 minutes. Finally got a room but it turned out the room smelled very much of cigarettes, I asked to change rooms but it turned out there was no king bed, I asked if it could be put together so that my child would not fall off and it turned out I couldn't be more disappointed. Breakfast even though there were many employees walking around but the cleanliness was not maintained and the food refills took a long time.
