Very nice, close to the city center.

My belongings were lost and there was no accountability or refund from the hotel staff and management.

The staff is just ordinary, everything is ordinary, breakfast is available at 7, I didn't have time to try it because I had to go to the airport. Towels have to be paid in advance, even though I had been checking in for quite a long time but there was no awareness to inform if towels have to be paid in advance, in the room I occupied, the worst was the shower, from the water hole that came out maybe only 20% of what it should be, either it was clogged or it was broken and just left, huhf. Sorry if my review is not very pleasant.

If it wasn't for the urgent late night check in at 12 midnight and check out very early in the morning, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. Although back to the price, yes, the cheap price certainly won't be as good as a star hotel. But still, paying for a hotel no matter how much it costs, you have to be satisfied, at least the room is clean. The actual: • Dirty room. • Smelly room. • Dust everywhere. • Broken door handle. • Can open the door from the outside through the window glass. • The room makes you itchy. • The sheets and blankets are full of stains. • Lots of blood-sucking bed bugs. • And there are still many shortcomings. Hopefully the management can improve a little in a positive direction. I definitely won't want to stay at this hotel again even in an emergency.

The sheets were not replaced because they were used, towels were not available, the hot water was off, the TV was broken.

The bathroom is really messy, lots of mosquitoes, and the service is bad.

When checking in went smoothly, the hotel was actually in the comfortable category, the mattress was soft, the price was friendly, but the problem with the room key, I think it's not safe, it makes me anxious, even though it's locked, it can be opened through the glass, this makes it very uncomfortable, the TV doesn't turn on, and the toilet for defecating is also uncomfortable because the water button is broken, so it's annoying, then the shower is also uncomfortable because it's time to replace it. In the future, hopefully the hotel management will immediately fix it because this is a matter of customer comfort and safety.
